DIMIDE 30-Day Return Policy
If you're unsatisfied with products you purchased from DIMIDE, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for full reimbursement of the original purchase price. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
To initiate the return process, fill out and print the Return Form with Shipping Label (you must have Adobe 8 reader or higher to fill out the form online) for faster service and then pack and ship your product, including the return form, to us.
If you purchased a DIMIDE product from a reseller, such as Amazon, please contact the reseller for their return policy.

DIMIDE Limited 2-Year Warranty
DIMIDE branded tools are built to last. Each tool is designed to allow our customers to work faster and with greater reliability.
We are confident in the quality we deliver and stand behind every tool we ship. Should your tool malfunction within the 2-years after purchase from defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the tool free of charge.

What Is Covered
DIMIDE tools are warrantied to be free of material and workmanship defects.
How Long Coverage Lasts
The warranty lasts for the first 2-years after the purchase of the DIMIDE tool. Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.
How To Obtain Service
If you should notice a defect, in either the material or workmanship, or unexpected damage to your DIMIDE product. Email us at email@example.com with information about any defects as well as an image of the issue. We will then initial a warranty claim.
To obtain a warranty claim you may be required to send us photos or video of the product, or mail the product to our DIMIDE facility in Milford, CT.
If you purchased a DIMIDE product from a reseller, such as Amazon, you will be required to include proof of your purchase to obtain warranty services.

What We Will Do
Warrantied products will be repaired or replaced, at DIMIDE's discretion, and returned at no charge.
What Is Not Covered
Failures due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. DIMIDE is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The total compensation of an item's warranty claim(s) shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear including but not limited to:
- Use of impact wrench torque rated above the specified amount.
- Applying manual torque above rated amount.
- Use of impact driver on the female hex.
- Improper maintenance including lack of grease.
- Modifications of the product.
How Local Laws Relate to the Warranty
Some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state, province to province, or country to country.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This limited 2-year Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for DIMIDE products. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of the DIMIDE Company.
Executing the DIMIDE Two Year Warranty
DIMIDE offers a comprehensive 2-year warranty to support products purchased under the DIMIDE brand.
DIMIDE branded products are built with reliability, dependability, and durability and are covered by a Limited 2-Year Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
In the event that you have a problem with your DIMIDE product due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will attempt to remedy the problem in accordance with our printed warranty policy in a timely manner.
DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP:
It is our experience that a product that fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, will generally do so very early in the products life cycle, often the first or second time the product is used. When returned for inspection, these products are generally found to still be in like new condition and show very little signs of use. It is uncommon for a product that was manufactured with a defect, to survive under normal use for an extended period of time. Products that are returned for warranty inspection after months or years of continuous reliable service are rarely found to be defective. The most common demand for service is the result of normal wear and tear issues, which are not considered to be a defect in materials or workmanship.
